you know...they make special shampoo.
There seems to be rumor of a case of head lice going around. I will be using my own private showers after practice until whoever is infested has that taken care of. Ore-sama's hair is too nice to take any chances.

Buchou. People on the team have it. Certain regulars are supposedly spreading it.

Can't you do something about this?

That is NOT good. What can be done? I will have all the shampoo in the locker room replaced with the medical kind for that I suppose? But for now I suggest everyone not infested shower privately and be careful not to share hair brushes with ANYONE.

Lice spread mainly through prolonged scalp-to-scalp contact, rather than through such things as linens, so you shouldn't worry too much unless you've been butting heads with someone recently. Though if that is the case, a lotion treatment has recently become available that is quite effective.

You seem to be quite the expert on head vermin, Yuushi. And that's actually very good to know about the linens. However I still don't think it's at ALL healthy or a good reflection for the school for our regulars to be walking around with bugs in their hair!

Maybe since you seem to know so very much on the subject, you should (unless you already know) track down the offenders and hand out some of that lotion.

(...don't school nurses deal with this stuff?)

My family tends to have any medical information I could need on hand; it was simply a matter of a call home. And I'm sure the infested parties are no happier about it than you are.

The lotion, or at the very least some form of treatment, should be easily found at one of the nearby drugstores; I thought that I would put out the information and save the infested parties a bit of dignity.

(This tends to be more of a problem at the elementary school level; usually they simply diagnose the problem and send the offenders home anyways, something that can hopefully be avoided in this case, hm?)
